ZAFARAN Industrial Group of companies began its activities as a mother and one hundred percent private company within the
early 1980`s in the machining and the manufacturing sector in the Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, Water and automotive industries.
The company saw steady growth as the company acquired a reputation for outstanding quality and service to a rapidly
growing country demanding industrial expansion.
ZAFARAN has expanded its activities in 2004 and by establishing a fertilizer production plant in Isfehan succeeded
in producing two kinds of agricultural Fertilizers for the first time in Iran. This factory is capable of producing Sulphur Bentonite ( Degradable Sulphur ) with capacity of 40 thousand Ton per year and “SCU” ( Sulphur Coated Urea ) with capacity of 60 thousand Ton per year as well.
Our newly developed fertilizer process is more economical to operate and maintain, combined with local high quality raw material and fifteen plus years experience in fertilizer production, enables us to provide our customer the highest quality product at most competitive price.
It has been four years that ZAFARAN agricultural fertilizers are being consumed within Iran and it has been two years to export its products to other countries. More that 80 percent of ZAFARAN products has exported to different country at this
time.
Sulphur Forming and Handling systems are also ZAFARAN knowledge. There are two different methods for Sulphur solidification and forming, Pastille & Granule.
About 3000 gas turbine engines of gas turbine complex "Zorya" - "Mashproekt"
with total power of~ 24 million kW, have accumulated more than 30 million hours on sites.
More than 70 types of high efficient gas turbine propulsion plants of "Zorya" - "Mashproekt"
production for Navy, merchant and passenger ships are in operation in 20 countries of the world.
More than 600 engines supplied by "Zorya" - "Mashproekt" are in commercial operation
at compressor stations of linear gas pipelines.
