Contract manufacturing capabilities include laser & waterjet cutting, CNC bending, CNC machining, MIG & TIG welding, sheet metal fabrication, powder coating, zinc & cadmium plating, anodizing, finishing & laser & rotary engraving. Capabilities include cutting tolerance & accuracy of plus/minus 0.003 in. Waterjet cut & laser cut signs are also available. Precision CNC machining for parts. Capabilities include CNC machining up to 19.7 in. x 47.2 in. size & travel up to 40.1 in. on X-axis, 20.1 in. on Y-axis & 24.6 in. on Z-axis. CNC machining services are available for various materials including metals, composites & plastics.
