Treatment & recovery of segregated batches of industrial oils in quantities from 1000 L to 38,500 L. Oils that can be purified include hydraulic, gear, quench, heat treating, stamping, drawing, process, cutting oils, phosphate ester fire resistant fluids, water-glycol fire resistant fluids, Polyol ester fire resistant fluids & Polyglycol fire resistant fluids.
Industrial oil purification service Includes oil sample analysis, vacuum dehydrators, removal of water & dirt from oil & additives which are blended in with continuous metering pumps during processes. Processes low viscosity oils at rates in excess of 4500 gallons per hour, high viscosity gear oils at rates in excess of 1500 gallons per hour & can remove emulsified water at levels of 10 percent or more in a single pass.
